Four things we hold to on every project.
Vendor-neutral
We work with whatever BMS you already have. Rio can run the building itself, or sit alongside Trend, Niagara or EcoStruxure if you'd rather keep yours.
Open by default
Data leaves in open formats, Parquet, CSV and an API, the same on every site, so clients keep control of their own data.
Secure by design
Outbound-only connections, a certificate for every device and least-privilege sharing: built to pass the client's IT review.
Built in-house
Rio, Oversee and the tools around them are designed and built by our own team, so the people advising on a project know the platform inside out.
